RECOMMENDED FEEDING:
We recommend moistening Wiesencobs to your horses taste preference
Add 1.5 to 3 litres of warm or cold water to 1kg of Wiesencobs. Leave for 20 minutes
As a 100% forage replacer give 1.2kg to 1.5kg per 100kg body weight e.g. for 500kg horse you would give up
to 7.5kg of cubes per day split into several meals
As a partial forage replacer,adjust amount according to feed requirements. 1kg of Wiesencobs = 1kg of hay
As a replacement for concentrated grain feed: 1.2kg Pre Alpin Wiesencobs replaces ca. 1kg cereal/grain feed
Can be fed dry but imperative you introduce very slowly to avoid colic. We strongly recommend soaking
Do NOT feed dry to horses with poor teeth as they are prone to choke. Use Pre Alpin Senior as an ideal forage feed for your veteran or soak/moisten this product as indicated above
